All hospitals and aged care operations should have a well developed contingency plan in place to combat the Corona Virus should it impact on kitchen employees.

The key questions hospitals and aged care should be asking of food suppliers:

  1. do you offer packaged individual meals?
  2. can you freeze these meals and provide them on demand?
  3. do you provide disposable cutlery in paper bags?
